Stacy Schusterman (33 years industry experience) — Ms. Schusterman is Chairman. Previously, she was with Samson Investment Company, which was founded in 1971 by her father Charles Schusterman. She holds a bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Yale University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Drew S. Phillips (36 years industry experience) — Mr. Phillips is Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Mr. Phillips was with Samson Investment Company for 27 years as Vice-President of Tax and Payroll and earlier positions as Vice-President of Financial Reporting and Vice-President - International Accounting. Prior to joining Samson Investment Company, he was a Senior Accountant for Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Phillips is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tulsa.

Keith St.Gemme (30 years industry experience) — Mr. St.Gemme is Senior Vice President of New Ventures. Previously, he was with Samson Resources and Samson Investment Company for 13 years serving as Senior Vice President of the Mid-Continent, East Texas, and New Ventures Divisions and earlier in various leadership, management, and engineering assignments throughout the company. Prior to joining Samson Investment Company he served in a variety of project management and engineering positions at ExxonMobil, Mobil Oil, and Arco Alaska. Mr. St.Gemme holds a bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.

Rene' Richard (35 years industry experience) — Mr. Richard is currently a Sr. Advisor. Previously, he served as CEO of Samson Energy Company. And prior to Samson Energy Company as Executive Vice President for 7 years with Samson Investment Company. Prior to Samson Investment Company, he worked for Unocal Corporation domestically and internationally in various engineering and managerial positions, including Vice President Engineering and Technology for Unocal Indonesia, Corporate Vice President Production and Reservoir Engineering, and Vice President Gulf of Mexico Region. Mr. Richard holds a bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from LSU.

C. Philip Tholen (44 years industry experience) — Mr. Tholen is a Sr. Advisor. Previously, he was with Samson Investment Company for 33 years and 7 years with Samson Energy as Chief Financial Officer and a Director. Prior to joining Samson Investment Company, he was a Manager with Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Tholen is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Tulsa.
